It started with loosing my bike key. And it
ended with loosing my bike mirrors and my AC stabilizer. I got my bike key at
the end but i still have my missing stuff This is the worst decision of my
life.

बच के रहना। क्योंकि
इनका काम मूवर्स और पैकर का नहीं बल्कि चोरी डकैती का है। मेरी बहन दिल्ली में
रहती थी और मुझे कुछ सामान वहा भिजवाना था। 12,000 से बात पक्की हुई थी और 10,000 एडवांस में अकाउंट में
जमा भी करवाए थे। जिस दिन सामान पहुंचाना था उससे 4 दिन बाद रात को 12:00 बजे सिर्फ दो लोग आते
है जब की बात 5 लोगों की हुई थी, मेरी बहन को बुरी तरीके से परेशान करते है वो भी रात को 1:00 बजे। अलमारी घर के
नीचे ही छोड़ देते हैं। बाकी के 2000 मांगे तो हमने बैंक ट्रांसफर की बात की तो मना कर दिया। ओम प्रकाश और उनके
दिल्ली के आदमी रामबीर को बार बार कॉल किया लेकिन उन्होंने नहीं उठाया। मेरी बहन
ने कहा सारा सामान रख दीजिए उसके बाद मैं आपको 2000 दे दूंगी। उन्होंने कूलर ऊपर चढ़ाया
लेकिन फ्रीज देने से इनकार कर दिया और लेकर भाग गए। जब मैंने पूछा कि फ्रिज क्यों
लेकर चले गए तो ओमप्रकाश ने कहा कि फ्रिज उपर नहीं आ सकता था जबकि उन्होंने गाड़ी
से फ्रीज निकाला ही नहीं था। बाद में मेरा ही फ्रिज मुझे देने के लिए वह ₹22000 मांगने लगे। इनका काम चोरी डकैती का है कोर्ट में मुकदमा करने वाला हूं। गलती
से भी इनसे काम मत करवाना। (इससे नीचे भी कई लोगों ने रिप्लाई किया था जो कि डिलीट
कर दिए हैं और अभी रिप्लाई का ऑप्शन ही बंद कर दिया।)

aware!! They are fraud company. They broke every object I was transferring
through them, Freezer, TV, AC brand new everything broken. They charged me for
insurance at the time of booking but when they broke everything I asked for
insurance and find out that they did not buy the insurance just charged me and
gave a fraud bill, cheated me. A case is filed against them for fraud and 420.
It is just matter of time that they are behind the bars.

They
are fraud movers and packers. First they will say that payment terms will be
according to customer, then as soon as the pack and load ur luggage, they start
putting their demands, first they will ask for complete advnace, then they will
give dhamki that they will not deliver as per time, then they charge extra for
each day late and while delivering, they will misplace ur luggage and then
finally to get ur luggage, they will ask extra 5000 rs. Never go for this
packers and movers.

Unprofessional and Pathetic. I think they just outsource to some local guy. 1.
Poor Standard of packing, they just took a carton and put everything there like
dumping. No planning or arranging. Result (a) confusion while unpacking,
misplaced item which you will find after opening all the boxes. 2. While
unpacking they created a mess. Even after telling them , they did not throw the
waste packing material and left you walking among the sea of waste papers and
packing tapes. 3. Will ask you additional ammount for toll and Baksheesh or
Inam. 4. They broke my TV trolley, few crockery and lost smaller items like
base plates of washing machine and fridge. 5. They just snatch or take things
out forcible and dump at destination. 6. They are packers and movers they are,
collectin and dumping agents. If you think you will realax and they will shift
your home NO! you are in for surprise. You will have to unpack and put things
on your own. I will not recommend Latway..anyway

Stay
away from this organization for moving your household items. We have used their
service recently and I`m so very disappointed. All my items are broken in one
form or another. They did a good job of packing but They did not do a good job
of loading the items carefully into truck and covering themto safeguard from
rain. All my costly items like TV`s, AC, furniture are all damaged. Stay away
from this organization.

Latway
is very very worst service provided. They lie like anything. While giving you
quotation, they will say that everything is included like packing loading,
unloading, dismantling of AC and beds at loading place and assembling of beds
at unloading station. But after packing, they will say that separate charge for
AC dismantling, separate charge for beds dismantling. Further, after reaching
unloading place, they will say that drive is the only person available to
unload. So, you are some labour to unload, we will give them Rs. 500/-. Don\'t
choose this Packers and Movers

Pathetic
experience. Worst service. Don't ever use these unprofessional inexperienced
hoodwinked even by mistake. Biggest mistake of my life by hiring them. They are
not worth even a single star.! The owner should be ashamed for running this

and cheats, they blackmailed us with not being able to see our stuff ever and
charged exorbitant price in lieu. Not only did we receive are cargo very late
but the delicate items like microwave were shattered into pieces. Sanjay and
company are a group of frauds who will dupe you of your money and belongings.
Refrain from even calling them. Frustration exhibited in public interest. I
urge the authorities if any to take strict action against them. I have there
call recordings, bills, photographs to prove my point.

These
guys behavior will not be the same when he gets into the contract, his behavior
will be very polite initially and when it comes to the payment and delivery, he
will not respond the same way. Our dressing table was broken and nobody took
any responsibility or even apologized for it. I am a lawyer and actually wanted
to file a complaint in consumer forum but I did not. Please be careful with
these guys.

service. There was not one thing which wasn't damaged. And for everything they
say we didn't do it , it was already damaged before shifting. And the shifting
was done within 2kms of area. Don't go for them. This was my first and last
ever experience with these guys.

packers and movers. Do not ever book this company. They never arrived on time
and never completed the tasks on TIME. The marketing agent did not explain the
terms and conditions elaborately and the workers were arguing rudely and broke
my wall mirror.For unloading they said they will send 3 staff but there was
only one staff sent.

Scary
experience, we shifted our household stuff recently from Gurgaon. Every carton
looked like it was thrown during loading-unloading and obviously many small
items were broken due to the boxes being crushed at sides. There were scratches
and dents on all big items like fridge, TV, bike and washing machine. The worst
part was the struggle to get my car back. They asked me to travel 40kms out of
the city to their storehouse to inspect the car condition because I refused to
pay the full amount before car delivery. They then threatened me that they
would simply leave the car at the nearest police station and take no
responsibility. Even after all the damage, I had to pay the remaining amount to
get my car back. Never ever use their services.

of things are missing and broken They were not professional packets They did
not have packing material ,no bubble sheet for glass ware ,no newspapers they

services I have even seen with pathetic person naped Mr Sanjay Kumar at
Hyderabad. They are simply the most useless packer and movers you will ever
come across. They don`t own any responsibility. I had to undergo so many sleepless
nights with tension. There were scratches and dents on my double bed even after
3 layer packing and the way they handle the items is the most pathetic part of
it. They don`t have any respect and never show any care for luggage. My simple
recommendation is BIG NO, never ever book with them. Just go with Agarwal
Packers and movers and you will be relieved.
