નાગરિક ધર્મ બજાવવા ઇચ્છતા દરેક નાગરિક પોતાની જાતને આટલા સવાલ અવશ્ય કરે.

સોક્રેટીસ સવાલો દ્વારા ક્રાંતિ લાવ્યા હતા. સામાન્ય માણસોને કેટલાક સવાલો થવા જોઈએ, ખાસ કરીને એવા લોકો જે નાગરિક ધર્મ બજાવવા માં માને છે. આજે કેટલાક એવા સવાલો નું લીસ્ટ આપું છું જે આપ કોઈપણ પાર્ટીના નેતા કે સમર્થક ને પૂછી શકો છો, કે તમારે પૂછવા જોઈએ.

1) અબ્દુલ કલામ ને પાંચ વર્ષના કાર્યકાળ પછી શા માટે કંટીન્યુ કરવામાં ન આવ્યા ?  અને તેમના સ્થાને પ્રતિભા પાટિલને રાષ્ટ્રપતિ બનાવવામાં આવ્યા ? (યાદ રહે રાષ્ટ્રપતિ નું સ્થાન પાર્ટી આધારિત નથી તે સ્વતંત્ર પદ છે)

2) પાર્ટી ફંડ માં કયો વ્યક્તિ કેટલું ફંડ આપે છે તેનો રેકોર્ડ રાખવામાં કેમ નથી આવતો ? અત્યાર સુધી કોઈ પણ પાર્ટી એ તેનો વિરોધ કેમ નથી કર્યો ? 

3) અંગ્રેજોએ ભારતને ગુલામ બનાવવા માટે જે કાયદા ઘડ્યા હતા અને આપણા ક્રાંતિકારીઓ ને જે કાયદા હેઠળ હેરાન પરેશાન કરવામાં આવતા હતા એ કાયદા આજની તારીખે ચાલુ કેમ છે ? (શું ભગતસિંહ સાચા હતા કે ગોરા અંગ્રેજ જશે અને તેના કરતાં ખતરનાક કળા અંગ્રેજો રાજ કરશે.)

4) નેતાઓને ઇન્કમટેક્સમાં છુટ શા માટે આપવામાં આવે છે ? 

5) ચપરાશી ની નોકરી માટે પણ ઓરીજનલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ જમા કરાવવા પડે છે પરંતુ ચૂંટણીમાં ઊભા રહેતા નેતાઓ માત્ર એફિડેવિટ કરીને જણાવે અને આપણે માની લેવાનું એવું શા માટે ? 

6) વિદેશમાં ભારતીયોના કાળા નાણાં અંગે ના નામની જાહેરાત શા માટે કરવામાં નથી આવતી ? 

7) પનામા પેપર લીક માં ઘણા ભારતીયોના નામ આવ્યા હતા તેમની પર કોઈ કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં કેમ ના આવી ? (અન્ય કેટલાક દેશોમાં તો સત્તા બદલાઈ ગઈ )

8) રોબર્ટ વાડ્રા ના કૌભાંડની તપાસ કેમ કરવામાં નથી આવતી ? 

9) 2G કૌભાંડની મસમોટી વાતો કરવામાં આવતી હતી પરંતુ સત્તા મળ્યા બાદ સરકારે કોઈ પુરાવા રજુ કેમ ન કર્યા ? ( કોર્ટના જજે પણ ટકોર કરી છે)

10) આઝાદી બાદથી ગાંધી પરિવાર નું જ શાસન કોંગ્રેસમાં ચાલ્યું આવે છે છતાં પણ કોઈ કોંગ્રેસના નેતા તેનો વિરોધ કરવાની હિંમત કેમ નથી કરતો ? 

11) 2004માં અટલબિહારી બાજપાઈ એ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓનું પેન્શન બંધ કર્યું હતું પરંતુ નેતાઓનું પેન્શન બંધ કરવામાં કેમ ન આવ્યું ? (સરકારી અધિકારીઓ માટે ના નિયમ સરકારને લાગુ ન પડે ? )

12) નેતાઓ ભ્રષ્ટાચાર અને ગુનાખોરી સિવાય એવું તો કયું મહાન કામ કરે છે જેને કારણે તેમને ચાર્ટર પ્લેન અને હેલિકોપ્ટર માં ફરવાનો પરવાનો મળે છે એ પણ જનતાના પૈસાથી ? 

13) ખુલ્લેઆમ વેચાતી એજ્યુકેશનલ ડિગ્રીઓ સામે કોઈ પણ સરકાર કોઇ પગલાં કેમ નથી લેતી ? 

14) વ્યાપમ કૌભાંડની તપાસ કેમ કરવામાં નથી આવતી? 

15) નેશનલ હેરાલ્ડ કેસમાં કોઈ પગલાં લેવામાં કેમ ન આવ્યા ? 

16) ચિદંબરમના પુત્ર ની સંપત્તિ જો આટલી હોત, જો ચિદમ્બરમ નાણામંત્રી ન હોત ? આજ વાત અન્ય નેતા અને તેમના પુત્રો માટે પણ એટલી જ લાગુ પડે છે. 

17) પુલવામાં હુમલા ની તપાસ આજ સુધી કરવામાં કેમ નથી આવી ? 

18) બાર લાખ રૂપિયા લઈને આતંકવાદીઓને મદદ કરનાર દેવેન્દ્રસિંહ ને શા માટે છોડવામાં આવ્યો ?(શું સરકાર આતંકવાદીઓ સાથે મળેલી છે?)

19) સ્વામી સાનંદ જ્યારે ગંગા નદી અંગે કાયદો બનાવવા માટે તેમજ ગેરકાયદેસર બાંધકામ અને ખનન રોકવા માટે આંદોલન કરતા હતા ત્યારે કોઈ પણ હિંદુ સંગઠન કે કોઈ પણ સરકારે તેમને સાથ કેમ ન આપ્યો ? 

20) દિલ્હી વિધાનસભામાં પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદી પર એક છોકરી સાથેના સંબંધની અને ગૃહમંત્રી અમિત શાહ પર તે છોકરી ની જાસૂસી કરાવવાનો અત્યંત ગંભીર આરોપ ફોન રેકોર્ડિંગ ના પુરાવા સાથે મૂકનાર કપિલ મિશ્રા ને ભાજપે શા માટે પોતાની પાર્ટીમાં લીધો ? 

આવા તો બીજા અનેક સવાલ છે પરંતુ હાલ આ 20 સવાલો સુધી મર્યાદિત રહીએ. જો તમે તમારી જાતને દેશભક્ત સમજતા હોય પોતાની જાતને સૌપ્રથમ આ સવાલો કરવા અને ત્યારબાદ દરેક પાર્ટીના સમર્થક, પાર્ટી સમર્થક પત્રકારો, ને પણ આ સવાલોનો જવાબ આપવા માટે કહેવું. આમાંથી કોઈ પણ મુદ્દા અંગે વિસ્તારમાં જાણવું હોય તો કોમેન્ટમાં લખીને જણાવો.

शिक्षा का समान अधिकार - क्या करें क्या ना करें यह कैसी मुश्किल हाय!

आज जब ऑनलाइन कोडिंग सीखते बच्चों को देखता हूं  तब इन बच्चों की बड़ी याद आती है। मेरा यह मानना है कि स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा की सुविधा दुनिया के किसी भी व्यक्ति को एक समान मिलनी चाहिए और बड़ी आसानी से यह काम हो सकता है अगर हम हमारी पुरानी अर्थव्यवस्था को बदल दे। फिलहाल हम पैसों के चक्रव्यूह में फंसे हुए हैं कि जिनके पास पैसे ज्यादा होंगे उनकी अहमियत ज्यादा होगी ऐसा हमारा मानना है। यह बच्चे कभी स्कूल नहीं गए हैं। इस गांव में जाने का एक ही रास्ता है और वह है नाव। नाव की पर्याप्त मात्रा में नहीं है तो आपको आने या जाने के लिए काफी इंतजार करना पड़ता है। इस गांव में मोबाइल भी बड़ी मुश्किल से चलते हैं क्योंकि किसी भी कंपनी का अच्छा नेटवर्क नहीं आता है।  पहले सरकार 80% सब्सिडी देती थी और 20% गांव वाले इकट्ठा करते थे और उन्हें एक नाव मिलती थी। फिर गांव वालों ने अपने खुद के पैसों से ही नाव बनाना सीख लिया और वो भी जो 20% इकट्ठे किए जाते थे उससे भी कम लागत में। गांव के बच्चे भी अपने आप ऐसे खिलौने बनाते रहते हैं जो कि आप तस्वीर में देख सकते हैं। ये वह बच्चे हैं जो कभी स्कूल में नहीं गए। अब सवाल यह है कि इनमें इतनी ज्यादा सृजनात्मकता स्कूल नहीं जाने की वजह से तो नहीं है ? क्योंकि मैंने ज्यादातर देखा है स्कूल में बच्चों की सृजनात्मकता को खत्म कर दिया जाता है। ज्यादातर स्कूल का एक ही मकसद रहता है पाठ्यक्रम को खत्म करना इससे ज्यादा सृजनात्मकता में स्कूलों की दिलचस्पी नहीं होती है। लेकिन फिलहाल बात इन बच्चों की है और मेरा मानना है कि अगर इनकी रचनात्मकता को, सृजनात्मकता को निखारा जाए तो यह दुनिया बदल सकते हैं। मैं से बच्चों की सृजनात्मकता को निखारने के लिए काम करना चाहते हैं। हम चाहते हैं ऐसे गांव में कुछ कंप्यूटर हो और उसमें ढेर सारे एजुकेशन रिसोर्सेज हो जो कि बिना इंटरनेट के भी देखें और पढ़े जा सके। थोड़ी बहुत किताब, विज्ञान के प्रयोग करने के लिए बेसिक किट एवं रोबोटिक एक्सपेरिमेंट के लिए कुछ संसाधन।  मुझे यकीन है जल्द ही हम संसाधन जुटा के अपना काम शुरू करेंगे।

એક હાથમાં પુસ્તક અને બીજા હાથમાં મોબાઈલ

વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઝાડ પર ચડીને ઓનલાઇન શિક્ષણ લઇ રહ્યા છે ડાંગ જીલ્લા નો bbc નો રિપોર્ટ જોઈને ખરેખર દુખ થયું. એક તો આપણે ટેકનોલોજીનો ઉપયોગ યોગ્ય જગ્યાએ નથી કરતા ને બીજું જ્ઞાન ને એક વર્ગ માટે મર્યાદિત કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરી રહ્યા છે.

આ સમસ્યાનું સમાધાન શક્ય છે. 

1) આખી વેબસાઈટ ઓફલાઈન ડાઉનલોડ કરીને તેને પેનડ્રાઈવમાં આપી શકાય છે. ઈન્ટરનેટ વગર આ બધી વેબસાઈટ અને તેની પરના કન્ટેન્ટ જોઈ શકાય છે. 

2) એક વાઇફાઇ ડિવાઇસમાં આ બધા જ ડેટા નાખીને ગામમાં કોઈ એક જગ્યાએ મૂકી શકાય અને બીજા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ મોબાઇલ દ્વારા ઇન્ટરનેટ વગર માત્ર વાઇફાઇ ના સહારે બધા જ કન્ટેન્ટ જોઈ શકે છે. 

3) કોમ્યુનિટી રેડિયોના માધ્યમથી પણ ભણાવી શકાય છે. ભોપાલમાં શુબ્રંશુભાઈ આ માટે બહુ સરસ કામ કરે છે.

4) જ્યારે ઓનલાઇન વીડિયો રેકોર્ડ કરી રહ્યા છો ત્યારે જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/ વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓને જેમને ઇન્ટર નેટ નથી આવતું તેમને ફોન કરીને કોન્ફરન્સ કોલ કરીને  ભણાવી શકાય છે (કોલેજકાળમાં આ પ્રયોગ અમે કરી ચુક્યા છે) 

5) સરકાર દ્વારા દૂરદર્શન પર વિવિધ વિષયના નિષ્ણાંત શિક્ષકો દ્વારા સરસ રીતે ભણાવવામાં આવે છે. પરંતુ મોટાભાગની શાળાઓ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આ અંગે જાણ કરતી નથી અને સરકાર પણ વધુ માર્કેટિંગ કરતી નથી. 

આપણે શું કરી શકીએ ? 

1) જો આપની પાસે વિવિધ ધોરણના વિષયવાર એજ્યુકેશન કન્ટેન્ટ હોય તો આપ એમને જણાવી શકો છો.  અમે વેબસાઈટ, પેન ડ્રાઈવ અને wifi device ના માધ્યમથી આ બાળકો સુધી ઈન્ટરનેટ વગર જ્ઞાન પહોંચાડવામાં આપણી મદદ કરી શકીએ તેમ છે. 

2) જો આપના ઘરે અનલિમિટેડ wi-fi હોય તો વાઇફાઇ નો પાસવર્ડ શેર કરી શકો છો. 

3) આપે એવી જગ્યાએ નોકરી કરવા જતા હો જ્યાં ઇન્ટરનેટ સરળતાથી મળી રહેતું હોય તો આપના ગામમાં કે આપના વિસ્તારમાં જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઓનલાઇન શિક્ષણથી વંચિત છે તેમની માટે વિડીયો ડાઉનલોડ કરીને લાવી શકો છો. 

4) તમારા નકામા પડેલા ફોન જરૂરિયાતમંદ બાળકોને આપી શકો છો તેમજ મોબાઇલ રિચાર્જ પણ કરાવી શકો છો. 

બાળક આપણે શું કરી શકીએ ? 

1) જો કોઈપણ રીતે ઓનલાઇન ક્લાસીસ માં જોડાઈ શકાતું નથી તો ચિંતા કરવાની જરૂર નથી બીજી બધી નવી નવી વસ્તુઓ શીખવા માટે તમને આ તક મળી છે તેનો ભરપૂર ઉપયોગ કરવો.

2) તમારા જે મિત્રો ઓનલાઇન શિક્ષણ લઇ રહ્યા છે કે પછી તમારા જે શિક્ષક ઓનલાઇન શિક્ષણ આપી રહ્યા છે તેમની સાથે ફોન પર વાત કરી શકાય છે. 

3) આ ઉપરાંત અમે ટૂંક સમયમાં અમે "ચેમ્પ" પ્રોજેક્ટ ચાલુ કરી રહ્યા છીએ જેમાં ગણિત-વિજ્ઞાન ના અનેક પ્રયોગો ને આવરી લેવાના છે. જે ઇન્ટરનેટના માધ્યમથી તેમજ ઇન્ટરનેટ વગર પણ પેન ડ્રાઈવ, મેમરી કાર્ડ દ્વારા પણ આપ કરી શકો છો. આ ઉપરાંત વિજ્ઞાનના પ્રયોગો કરવા માટે એક કીટ પણ આપવામાં આવશે.

Your Time Bank experimente at learning society un-conference

LSUC 2018 is all about joy, love, friends and celebration. It's about new learning, new friends, new thinking and many more, but LSUC 2019 for me is more about experiment, enlightenment and excitement. Since last 10 years I am working on alternative economics.  I want to find out the alternative economic system for human welfare and happiness. Which cannot think in term of bread and butter only, but it also takes into consideration human feeling, values, desire and passion in life. For that I developed my own economic theory, concept and ideology known as 'TUROECOLOGY'.  LSUC play a vital role in shaping my economic tool for the betterment of society. This year YT (Your Time) TUC (The Un-conference currency)experiment on alternative currency and time banking open up new door of possibility. Thank you LSUC. I already did Experiment with alternative currency and time banking with our college youth.  All of these were my students so it was natural that the chances of success would increase, but the experience at LSUC was very different.  So far this was only a three hour game but in lsuc the experiment was to run for six days. Your Time Bank is a part of "turoecology" so most people had to have sufficient YT, but in the end it was a question of what to do with YT in circulation.  Discussed this in detail with Manishbhaiya and finally Manishbhaiya came up with the idea of ​​auction.  Apart from this, there were other challenges such as creating a market for alternative currencies.  It was also to be seen that more YT would come into circulation and many more.  If I talk about the experiment, more than 300 people offered the service or product.  The LSUC fair was also organized in which it was a great pleasure that a lot of people were using yt currency.  I believe that our current economy is not bad but outdated and needs to change.  Many people who were part of this experiment also realised this and hoped that it could be changed through YT.  The fun of the auction on the last day was something different.  It was a privilege to see Manishbhaiya auctioning.  Most of the YT that was in circulation was recovered through auction. I had done the experiment before but after experimenting in lsuc I gained defferent kind of confidence and then successfully did the experiment in many schools, colleges and institutions, but the fun that was in lsuc and the response that was in lsuc is hard to find anywhere else.  Below is a complete outline of how the whole experiment was done and how you can do this in our organization as well. The Time Currency Experiment.

Collect your 1 YT (your time) Now!

Offer a service or product and you will earn another 11 YT

Accept the service or product and you will earn 29 YT more

Once you earn 41 YT bank will contribute 59 YT. You can participate in auction and YT Mela. 

How to run Experiment ? 

Prepare paper currency of 1 YT,  11 YT, 29 YT and 59 YT (We believe that every person should work for 6 hours every day 5 days a week, according to this, 2 days is 12 hours and 5 days is 30 hours and two weeks i.e. 10 days is 60 hours.) 1 YT is always with you, So 11, 29 and 59 works according to it.

Prepare display board. There should be a part of the board where people can write their needs and in the other part, how they can help other by offering service or product.

Participants should have a piece of paper or chart paper or cardboard to promote their goods and services, where they can elaborate about their product and service.

First of all give a 1YT to any unknown person and explain them about Your Time Banking Experiment. Then tell them if they want to earn 11 YT more,  then they have to offer some product or service. 

Participants can offer as much product or service as they want but in return the bank will give them only 11 YT for the first time only.

If the participants take someone's services, then they have to pay the YT for that service but along with that the bank will give 29YT more for the first time only.

If the participant is successful in selling his/her goods or services to any one person, then he/she will get 11 YT.  If he/she takes the services of any one, he/she will get 29 YT more from the bank. So total he/she will have 1+29+11=41 YT. 

When the participant has  41 YT in this manner then the bank will give him/her 59 YT more on his behalf and he/she will be able to open his/her account with the YT bank.

If you will do this experiment for a certain period of time and if more number of YT in circulation then auction can be held on the last day to take them back.

Example

person named "A" who is a teacher and loves to teach physics, then he has offered a service to teach physics for 2 hours. 

person named "B" who is a musician and she has offered a service of singing the song.

When both A and B came to the bank and offered their services, they both got 11 YT from the bank.

A has a party at home. He calls B to sing song and pays 11 YT in return.

A has taken the service of B for the first time so the bank will pay him 29 YT

person named C takes the service of teaching physics from A and in return gives him 11 YT. 

Now "A" has 1+11+29 = 41 YT

When A showed 41 YT  to bank, the bank gave him 59 YT more.  Now A has a total 100 YT .  Now he can charge his service for 1 YT or 11YT or 29YT or 59 YT, but not more than 59 YT.
